Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of "Heartbeat", a private tool operated by Sasha Romary Parenting that lets the owner of the Instagram account @sasharomaryparenting read and reply to messages and comments on her own account. By using the tool you agree to these Terms.

1. Who it's for. This is a first-party tool for the account owner only. It is not offered to the public and operates solely on the owner's own connected Instagram account.

2. What it does. It displays incoming Instagram direct messages and comments in one place and generates suggested reply drafts in the owner's style. Every reply is reviewed and approved by the owner before it is sent; nothing is sent automatically. Approved replies are sent via the official Meta APIs.

3. Acceptable use. The tool is used in compliance with the Meta Platform Terms and Instagram Platform Policy and applicable law. It is not used to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, to harass, or to automate messaging without human review.

4. AI suggestions. Reply drafts are generated with help from language models (local and/or Anthropic's Claude) and are suggestions only. They may contain errors and are not professional, medical, or legal advice. The owner is responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to send any message.

5. Data. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. No warranty; liability. The tool is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sasha Romary Parenting is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, including any message sent, missed, or delayed.

7. Changes; governing law; contact. We may update these Terms; the date above reflects the current version. These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Questions: hello@sasharomary.com.
